1. Definition of Terms
InCity / The Company — The operator of the smart locker (parcel hub) network.
User — A physical person who registers on the platform for the purpose of using a smart locker.
Smart Locker (Hub) — An automated electronic locker system installed in a building entrance (hallway) for receiving and storing parcels.
Package / Subscription — A subscription-based service offered by the Company that grants the User the right to reserve and use a locker compartment at specified intervals.
2. Registration and Account Security
2.1. To receive the service, the User is required to register and fill out the following mandatory fields: First name, last name, phone number, email address, city (Tbilisi, Batumi), specific address (at the building entrance level), and a password.
2.2. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration.
2.3. The User is strictly required to keep their account password and one-time locker opening codes confidential. The User shall bear full responsibility for any unauthorized account access or parcel retrieval by a third party.
3. Scope of Service and Operating Principle
3.1. Reservation: A registered User selects and reserves an available locker compartment in their own building entrance via the InCity Application or Website.
3.2. Delivery: A courier places the parcel into the reserved compartment using a one-time code. The User is immediately sent a notification as soon as the parcel is placed.
3.3. Retrieval: The User opens the locker at any convenient time using the code received on their smartphone and retrieves the parcel.
4. Subscription Packages, Payment, and Auto-Renewal
4.1. Upon successful completion of registration, the User can purchase their preferred subscription package.
4.2. Following a successful package purchase (subscription), the User will promptly receive a confirmation notification via both SMS and email (E-mail).
4.3. Auto-Renewal: When purchasing a package, the bank card details provided by the User are stored securely with a protected payment provider. At the start/renewal of each new subscription period, the system will automatically charge the service fee from the User's card.

Live creatures.
5.2. The Company is not responsible for the improper placement of items by couriers or for delays caused by delivery companies (online shops).
