Refund Policy

When purchasing an In City subscription, the user agrees that the subscription fee will be automatically deducted from the selected payment method during each subscription period.

The subscription can be canceled at any time; however, to avoid being charged for the next subscription period, cancellation must be processed at least 5 calendar days in advance.

Automatically deducted subscription fees are non-refundable if the user fails to cancel the subscription on time.

A refund will only be considered if the charge was caused by an In City technical glitch, system error, or other circumstances that fall under the company's responsibility (including cases where a charge occurs despite the subscription being canceled).

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the user within 1–3 business days.
