  • Location Data: City (Tbilisi or Batumi) and exact address (building, entrance number) where the locker is installed.

  • Bank Card Data: Please note that InCity does not store your full bank card details on its servers. Card processing and storage are handled by a licensed payment provider (bank) compliant with international security standards (PCI DSS), which facilitates recurring automatic charges.

2. For What Purpose Do We Use Your Data?

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To create and identify your user account;

  • To reserve and utilize locker compartments;

  • To manage subscription packages and process automatic billing (payments);

  • To send notifications:

    • SMS and email confirmations upon successful package purchases;

    • SMS notifications regarding successful charges (or failed charges due to insufficient balance/other errors);

    • Informational alerts 1 day prior to subscription cancellation or expiration;

    • One-time codes for parcel placement and retrieval from the locker.

  • To improve service quality and provide customer support.

InCity does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared with:

  • Partner Licensed Payment Providers (Banks): For the sole purpose of secure payment processing;

We retain your personal data for as long as your user account remains active on the InCity platform, or for the duration required by applicable financial and tax accounting legislation.
